Introduction to Veriam

Companies often struggle with tools that don’t easily fit together. Managing access can get complicated quickly and takes up a lot of time for tech teams. Set up can be slow and difficult, often requiring custom work and ongoing maintenance just to get things working properly.

Subscription management is equally complicated - setting up plans with different pricing model, making pricing changes, remaining tax compliant, revenue reporting. When then having to manage user access to your applications based on their subscription status adds to this complexity and can slow down scaling your business successfully.

And for users, dealing with multiple logins for different products and services is a hassle.

At Veriam, we’ve changed all that. By combining access and subscriptions in one secure platform, we make business operations simple and help companies grow, while giving users one login for all products, subscriptions, and data from any company that uses Veriam.

We’re here to make it easy for businesses to sell their products, taking care of the cumbersome supporting functions so that you can focus on your core business.

Admin Portal

Veriam Admin Portal is for providers that wants to use Veriam to manage their customer identity and access management and/or their subscriptions. On the Admin Portal they can set up and configure everything necessary to ensure Veriam can be the middle man between the provider application/s and customers.

This includes:

  • Connecting application/s

  • Configuring access requirements

    • Policies

    • Roles

    • Resources (coming soon)

    • Access licenses

  • Adding new or existing customer organizations

  • Setting up plans for subscription management (coming soon)

  • Configuring a pricing page (coming soon)

  • Setting up invoicing and payouts (coming soon)

  • Setting up T&Cs, Privacy Policies or any other legal agreements

  • And so much more!

Customer Portal

Veriam Customer Portal is a self-service Portal for all organizations and users in the Veriam ecosystem.

It is for organizations that are also providers on the Admin Portal and their customer organizations and end users.

It allows for all organization administrator to:

  • Set up their organizational hierarchy with sub-organizations, units or groups

  • Invite and manage their users

  • View policies or roles assigned by Veriam providers to the organization or its users

  • View and manage subscriptions the organizations has with Veriam providers (coming soon)

  • View analytics and metrics to manage their organization effectively (coming soon)

And for end users to:

  • View their profile details

  • Update their account email or reset their password

  • Add multi-factor authentication

  • View their active sessions

  • View their login history

  • View policies, roles and subscriptions they have (coming soon)

  • And more!
