# Provide access to my application for my own employees

Providing access to your own applications for your employees can be done in the same way as that your are [providing access to your customers](/for-providers/ciam/provide-access-to-customers.md).

By trying to login to your own application, your own organization will show up in your (customer) ‘Organization’ overview. After that, you can use the same way in which you [provide access to customers](/for-providers/ciam/provide-access-to-customers.md), for your own organization.

If you are using licenses, you can [assign these to your employees](/for-customers/manage-your-organization/manage-employee-access.md) similarly as to what your customers would do.
