Forgot password

If you use the forgot password flow, but you did not have a password, it will create a new password for logging in with email address and password, which can be used next to the other login method you already have. You cannot use this flow to reset a password from an external account (like Google, Microsoft or SSO).

Resetting your password on Veriam is a simple and straightforward process designed to ensure your account's security. If you have forgotten your password or simply wish to change it, follow these steps:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Log In.

  2. Click on the 'Forgot Password' link below the Continue button.

  3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  4. Click on the link in the email to be redirected to the password reset page.

  5. Enter your new password.

  6. Click 'Continue' to finalize the process.

Please note that for your security, your new password must be unique and not used with any other service. We recommend it to be a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols to ensure its strength.
